EQ vs IQ Your Students Are Winners with Emotional Intelligence 4/5/16

Requested by educators who attended the seminar, Promoting Emotional Intelligence In Children, this session includes an overview of the components of emotional intelligence and character development. Participants will engage in a series of interactive activities that demonstrate building character vs. the pursuit of achievement and will experience active listening, team building and problem-solving strategies.  Each activity will include a discussion of how EQ can be used in the classroom, guidance or nurse’s office, as well as in the larger school community.

The Children’s Health Issues Workshops will be held at William Paterson University, 1600 Valley Road,  Wayne.
