The Strategic Planning for Leaders course defines strategic planning and assists participants in aligning plans with goals. Leadership plays a critical role in any organization. Having a plan in place provides management with a process for identifying strengths and weaknesses while taking advantage of opportunities and preparing for threats.  

The discussion continues with case studies online via Blackboard to delve deeper into the strategic planning process to enhance your skills.
