Tennis Summer Program 7/13-7/17/15

Students will learn the fundamentals of tennis from the forehand stroke and backhand strokes to learning how to serve and volley in a singles game and doubles games. Students will learn about the importance of physical activity while playing the game of tennis and incorporate cardiovascular endurance drills into the lessons. Students will have fun learning how to keep score as they learn basic strategies in the game of tennis. I am looking forward to teaching this program as the students enjoy learning the game of tennis!

For students ages 11-16. Students are responsible to bring their own rackets.
