Teaching and working in school settings is immensely rewarding. Challenges also exist, as professionals take on multiple roles and responsibilities. Effective communication with parents represents one such challenge. This workshop offers teachers and school professionals some strategies for communicating with challenging parents. The overall goal is to consider ways to build better relationships with parents toward the common goal of supporting child/student success.
