TV Production and Web Design Combo 8/3-8/7/15

TV Production 9am-12pm

Whether you’d rather be behind the camera or the on-air talent, there is a spot for you!  Learn about all the components needed for a successful TV show.  Are you into sports? Then you’ll be the sports anchor.  Want to create a heart-wrenching story about animals?  Then you’ll be the field reporter.  During this week-long course, students will learn to develop a story, edit film, identify & use components that make TV viewing interesting and captivate the audience.  No experience needed! Just you and your creativity!

Web Design 1-4pm

The workshop is designed to provide the beginning skills to designing a web-site.  We will cover aspects including planning, managing files, images, color schemes, navigation and more.  The student will use these concepts and skills, combined with their artistic vision to create a working web site.  The instructors will be given access to resources to help them succeed including internet links, materials, plans, guidelines and access to professionals who can answer questions.
