Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Online Certification

This is a 14-week course covering 280 hours worth of instruction for the Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certifications.

Six Sigma Green Belt Training

The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification will familiarize participants in the use of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach to problem solving key Business issues, introduce and understand at a conceptual level the use of the various Lean Six Sigma tools. A Six Sigma Green Belt has the ability to make a difference to the bottom line of the company by eliminating waste, reduce cost of quality and improving margins.

The course structure will be in line with ASQs body of knowledge structure and will prepare the participants to take the ASQs Green Belt certification exam.

This is a 150 hour course and is taught fully online.

You will learn:

  2. Conceptual clarity on the use of the various Lean Six Sigma tools
  3. Statistical insights that help towards
  4. Live examples in a workshop setting
  5. Practical application of how Fortune 500 companies have benefited
  6. Introduction to Minitab

Six Sigma Black Belt Training

This program is a continuation of topics that are introduced in the Six Sigma Green Belt program. A Six Sigma Black Belt Professoinal can implement effecive processes and pave the way for companies to be best in class.

  1.  Hypothesis Testing
  2. Statistical insights that help to effective conclusions
  3. Six Sigma: value add; driving profitability
  4. Use of DMAIC methodology to provide a structured approach to problem solving
  5.  Design of Experiments
  6.  Lean Principles using the Pull Model

Students will work on a Project that will help to clarify concepts. Typically the Problem selected for the Project will be from the industry the student belongs to. The course structure will be in line with ASQs body of knowledge  and will prepare the participants to take the ASQs Black Belt certification exam)
