Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Online

The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification will familiarize participants in the use of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach to problem solving key Business issues, introduce and understand at a conceptual level the use of the various Lean Six Sigma tools.  The course structure will be in line with ASQs body of knowledge structure and will prepare the participants to take the ASQs Green Belt certification exam.

This is a 150 hour course. 

You will learn:

  • What is DMAIC and how to use for a typical Business issue
  • Conceptual clarity on the use of the various Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Live examples in a workshop setting
  • Introduction to Minitab

Managers, Engineers tasked to lead implementation of Lean Six Sigma program in a company.

Sitaraman (Sitar) is a key change agent in propelling corporations, delivering strong, bottom-line impacts through implementation of breakthrough strategies and re-engineering Business Processes to drive best-in-class-level performance. He possesses in-depth experience and familiarity with the use abd application of problem-solving tools, including Design of experiments (DOE), Kaizen, Statistical Process Control, Quality Function Deployment, Six Sigma Quality, Value Stream maps and FMEA. To the classroom, he brings with him several decades of expertise.
