Course Objectives:

This program is a continuation of topics that are introduced in the Six Sigma Green Belt program. We also offer a bundled class of Green and Black Belt. A Six Sigma Black Belt Professoinal can implement effecive processes and pave the way for companies to be best in class.

1.  Hypothesis Testing
2. Statistical insights that help to effective conclusions
3. Six Sigma: value add; driving profitability
4. Use of DMAIC methodology to provide a structured approach to problem solving
5.  Design of Experiments
6.  Lean Principles using the Pull Model

Students will work on a Project that will help to clarify concepts. Typically the Problem selected for the Project will be from the industry the student belongs to. The course structure will be in line with ASQs body of knowledge  and will prepare the participants to take the ASQs Black Belt certification exam)
