Perspective: Finding a Balanced Approach
Target Audience: Primary teaching staff, Administrators, Grades K-2
Description: Reading, Writing, Spelling, Vocabulary, Grammar, Conventions....How do we fit everything in during our ELA time/block? This is the question we often hear.
During this workshop, we will discuss how to develop a research-based, manageable, balanced literacy approach. The workshop will also include: maximizing individual resources, addressing NJSLA standards, and providing practical applications in the classroom.
