Passaic County Recruitment Event - 11/20/2017

PASSAIC COUNTY RECRUITMENT EVENT

Are you currently unemployed? Are you interested in working in the financial services industry? It is a FREE 4-week program and you will become certified in the areas of Property and Casualty Insurance. Positions are available that have a minimum salary of 12$/hr plus commission.

The purpose of this program is to recruit potential Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Professionals in New Jersey. Candidates will receive FREE training, an internship, and an opportunity for employment by Allstate, State Farm or Farmers Insurance. 

To be considered an eligible candidate for this grant:

1) You must be unemployed and either receiving Unemployment Insurance Benefits/UIB OR exhausted UIB within the last 52 weeks.

2) You must be registered with your County One Stop Career Center (OSCC) and have a registration number

3) You must have NOT taken a training program in the past through an OSCC Grant.

4) If your UIB has exhausted, you must be eligible for Additional Benefits while in Training through Your County OSCC.
