Insurance Analysis/Planning - Hybrid Spring 2021

This course will be delievered inperon and online via Blackboard Collaborate. Students will engage with the instructor on a schedule of Monday and Wednesday, 2pm - 3:15pm and will alternate online and in-person instruction due to Covid-19 restrictions.

This course is part of the Certified Financial Planner Program and is designed to be a prerequisite and preparation for the CFP Board Exam. Students will NOT recieve college credits. The cost of books and the certifcation exam are not included.

This course introduces students to risk management and insurance decisions in personal financial planning. Topics include insurance for life, health, disability, property and liability risks, as well as annuities, group insurance, and long term care.
