Engaging ELLs in the Virtual World 10/7/20(PDS Schools Only)

  Audience: All School Personnel

  Description: Raise your hand if you're struggling with engaging English learners in this new virtual learning environment! Using what I have learned personally during this virtual learning experience, and from the experiences of other teachers of ELLs, I will present the most realistic and effective strategies for getting your ELLs engaged in virtual lessons. I will also discuss strategies for encouraging your ELLs, and reluctant virtual learners, to adhere to the new expectations of the virtual learning world.
