                Energy in Motion, LLC provides on-site fitness and wellness services for corporate and private clients, allowing busy people to take a proactive approach to health, fitness and stress management.

Private, group and workplace wellness programs include group exercise classes, personal training and wellness seminars. We offer workplace exercise classes such as step, kickboxing, pilates, yoga, fitness, boot camp, yogalates, resistance training, sports conditioning, Zumba, and more. A gym facility is not necessary; we can work in small spaces such as conference rooms or cafeterias.
