Caldwell Mental Health Treatment Center, LLC provides mental health services for a diverse range of clients and concerns. We serve individuals of all ages as well as couples and families. Clients are seen by Kathleen Prendergast, APN and Christopher Tomkins, MA, LPC, ACS, CCS in our Caldwell, New Jersey office. Ms. Prendergast is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner while Mr. Tomkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor. 
The cost of the visit is due at the time of service. Caldwell Mental Health providers are not participants in any insurance networks.
