Allison’s love affair with makeup and all things beauty-related began at the age of 5. With both parents in theatre production, Allison could always be found backstage with the actors, makeup artists and costumiers. She was transfixed by the power of makeup to transform people.

Allison’s career began in corporate recruiting and learning development training, which sparked her interest in public education and counseling.

Self-taught, Allison has spent the past 20 years studying and applying the techniques of many famous makeup artists including Kevyn Aucoin, Pat McGrath, Danny Sanz and The Make Up For Ever Academy, and Bobbi Brown.

Her goal is to help women navigate the ever-changing world of beauty, and translate current trends into wearable, everyday makeup. Her unique eye for color, natural ability to make clients feel comfortable, and tireless attention to detail are what set Allison Morgan Beauty apart.
